We begin in the Parish Hall for a potluck dinner and a Eucharist service with foot washing. Near the conclusion, we go up to the Sanctuary for the Stripping of the Altar. A Vigil at the Altar of Repose follows.
Entry to the church is via the north or south side entrances. The accessible elevator is on the parking lot level, on the south side of the church. Please ring the bell and someone will come to open the door.
Reverend Kathy is known to most of us, having joined us for Sunday worship and being a regular member of our online Morning Prayer congregation. Having been a high school teacher for 31 years, Rev. Kathy studied theology at Wycliffe College (U of T) and was ordained Deacon by Bishop Patrick Yu in 2010. At St. Timothy, Agincourt, she served as chair of outreach as well as having preaching and liturgical duties. Currently, she serves as co-chair of the Seniors Advocacy Committee and is a member of the Anti Black Racism Committee. Rev. Kathy has also served on the Executive Board and Foundation Board of Alpha Delta Kappa, an international organization for women educators. For leisure, she enjoys gardening, skiing, golf, hiking, travel, and visiting with friends and family, all with her husband, Serge.
